Identify individual, community and organizational resources to meet participant needs

Provide ongoing individual instruction and follow-up throughout participants’ first year of employment to ensure continued success

Facilitate training and teach classes to workforce development program participants

Partner with Department Managers overseeing Workforce Development programs to provide regular feedback as required for agency and governmental reimbursements
