Responsibilities

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, evaluating, and managing staff engaged in providing UI program services

Responsible for human resource management activities for assigned personnel including development and training, timely completion of EPMS forms, coaching and feedback on activities and performance

Directs the compliance review of South Carolina employer tax liability and account maintenance to ensure employer compliance in accordance with federal/state statutes and reporting requirements

Recommends the development and dissemination of policies and procedures (SOPs) for the administration of UI Integrity program

Demonstrates and applies relevant and appropriate knowledge, trade craft, and leadership competency to achieve division objectives and initiatives
