Responsibilities
Manage a defined book of HNW clients; ensure consistent delivery of banking, credit, and wealth advisory services
Acquire new relationships through centers of influence, targeted prospecting, and referral channels
Conduct detailed financial reviews and structure tailored lending, deposit, and investment solutions
Partner with internal specialists (credit, trust, investments, commercial banking) to execute client strategies
Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to regulatory requirements, and ensure risk controls are met
Track pipeline activity, revenue opportunities, and relationship profitability
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years in private banking, wealth management, or related HNW advisory roles
Demonstrated success in generating new HNW relationships in Fairfield County or similar markets
Strong understanding of credit structures, portfolio construction basics, and balance-sheet-based advice
Ability to manage complex family, business-owner, and multigenerational client needs
Preferred
Any relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP is preferred but not required
