Purchasing & Culinary Operations Manager
Huse Culinary is a company focusing on culinary and operational excellence, and they are seeking a Purchasing & Culinary Operations Manager. This role bridges culinary, procurement, and operational functions to ensure high-quality offerings while overseeing cost analysis, vendor negotiations, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Culinary Operations to review, select, and approve vendors that meet company standards for quality, value, and sustainability
Maintain strong vendor relationships and proactively communicate any performance or product issues to leadership for review
Review labor performance reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improved efficiency
Anticipate volume surges or dips and recommend proactive scheduling adjustments to maintain service standards while controlling costs
Monitor and report on food and N/A Beverages costs, providing actionable insights to improve profitability
Manage the selection, purchasing, and lifecycle replacement of smallware and disposable products
Support the development and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that promote consistency and excellence across all kitchens
Partner with the VP of Culture and Learning to coordinate schedules, training modules, and mentorship opportunities within the SCIT program
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, culinary operations, or restaurant management
Experience managing vendor relationships and cost-controlled initiatives in a multi-unit environment
Proficiency in restaurant inventory and procurement software systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, supply chain, or related field
