Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of retirement services systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Oversee the integration of retirement administration processes with existing systems to enhance operational efficiency
Provide expert guidance on retirement savings and investment strategies to improve client outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retirement services with property and casualty insurance requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience on IMS Vertafore or Jarus with strong PnC domain knowledge
Expertise on IMS Vertafore or Jarus
Deep understanding of functional regulations and outcomes
Proficiency in database management and .Net programming
Design and implement database solutions to support data integrity and accessibility
Utilize Oops concepts to streamline programming processes and improve system functionality
Develop and maintain .Net applications using C#
Ensure seamless integration of SQL databases
Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Possess extensive experience in retirement regulation and compliance ensuring systems meet all legal requirements
Demonstrate proficiency in retirement administration and outcomes optimizing processes for better client service
Strong understanding of retirement savings and investment strategies to guide system development
Exhibit expertise in retirement services basics providing foundational knowledge for system enhancements
Show proficiency in Oops concepts enabling efficient programming and system design
Skilled in database and SQL management ensuring robust data solutions for retirement services
Advanced knowledge of .Net programming specifically C# .Net to develop and maintain applications
Possess domain expertise in property and casualty insurance integrating industry-specific requirements into retirement services
