Responsibilities
In concert with site security guards, act as immediate response for on-site security issues
Perform periodic inspections of data hall equipment and personnel
Support the Security Ops Coordinator with on-site security guard force oversight
Audit security procedures and identify process improvements
Document all security-related incidents with detailed reports
Help facilitate and participate in drills that maintain readiness for emergency situations
Adapt to various roles within the security team, taking on different tasks based on operational needs
This role will operate on either a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
Qualification
Required
3 years of security experience
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
CPR/AED Certified
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Personal integrity is crucial. This position is expected to maintain operational security and safeguard sensitive information
Preferred
3+ years of military, law enforcement, or emergency response experience
CPP, PSP or equivalent certifications are a plus
2+ years of leadership experience in military, law enforcement or emergency response
Familiarity with troubleshooting access control and video management systems
Experience in a safety function managing large sites, corporate, or manufacturing environments is desirable
