Dealer Relationship Manager (Sales)
Strike Acceptance is a new face of sub-prime auto lending based in Southern California. They are seeking an experienced Dealer Relationship Manager to build a market from the ground up, working with dealerships and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
Building a market from the ground up for us
Establish us in the market with your dealers
Help your dealers understand what does and does not work in structuring the deal with our program
Work remotely in an assigned geographic territory signing new dealers
Servicing existing dealers
Meeting or exceeding monthly goals related to funding, look to book and dealer sign ups
Providing a high level of customer service with quality dealers
Monitor ongoing dealer performance such as efficiency, delinquency/losses, profitability etc
Qualification
Required
Experienced Dealer Relationship Manager, field credit analyst, or branch manager living in or near the Cleveland Market with an existing dealer base
3 plus years' experience as a Dealer Relationship Manager in the Non-Prime Auto Finance world
Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal training and be extremely self-motivated
Valid license, auto insurance, and a reliable ride for visiting 8-10 dealers on any given day
Comfortable working from a home-based office with a minimum travel of 80% in the market and occasional overnight travel
Detail oriented, highly organized and driven
