Responsibilities
Source, underwrite, and evaluate multifamily investment opportunities
Build and review detailed financial models, investment memos, and presentations for internal investment committee and senior leadership
Lead and manage the due diligence process, coordinating third-party consultants, legal counsel, lenders, and internal teams
Play an active role in deal execution, including page-turning and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
Support transaction structuring and financing efforts alongside equity and debt partners
Assist with market research, pricing analysis, and identifying value creation strategies
Work closely with asset management to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition through ownership
Take on increasing ownership of transactions as the acquisitions platform scales and the team expands over the next 12–24 months
Qualification
Required
Strong private equity or operator-side experience
Experience in sourcing, underwriting, and evaluating multifamily investment opportunities
Ability to build and review detailed financial models, investment memos, and presentations
Experience leading and managing the due diligence process
Ability to coordinate with third-party consultants, legal counsel, lenders, and internal teams
Experience in deal execution, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
Support transaction structuring and financing efforts alongside equity and debt partners
Assist with market research, pricing analysis, and identifying value creation strategies
