Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with existing global express carriers and implement a carrier performance framework and conduct periodic carrier business reviews with management and the cross-functional team

Identify new regional and local potential candidates, including App-Based parcel services

Establish carrier selection criteria, evaluate and manage the selection process, and drive final selection in partnership with XFN partners

Negotiate Agreements and Statements of Work (SOW) with carriers to establish best-in-class pricing, flexibility, quality, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Meta to drive negotiation strategies, identify cost reduction opportunities, and optimize carrier pricing and service levels

Build relationships with peers and stakeholders on organization-wide initiatives, obtaining alignment on objectives and articulating strategy, with a focus on driving growth and innovation in parcel distribution

Proactively identify new opportunities outside of their functional area and lead cross-functional organizational initiatives to drive innovation and growth in logistics categories
