Responsibilities
Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations
Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees
Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy
Meeting deadlines
Approving work hours
Ensure great customer service at all levels
Dispatching with our shuttle drivers
Greeting customers and informing them where to park
Assisting customers during the checkout process if help is needed
Supervisors will be required to drive shuttles periodically
Be flexible for operation needs and schedule (evenings and weekends)
Safely operating company vehicles
GET 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time)
Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers if applicable
Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity
Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver
Qualification
Required
MUST have a DOT medical card + Valid DL for 3+ years w/ good driving record
DOT certified
Comply with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Valid Driver's License with passenger endorsement if applicable for state regulations
Ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)
Experience with general facility maintenance required
Experience in customer relations
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations
Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations
Must be able to work unsupervised
Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language
Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded)
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time
Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift
Continuously requires vision, hearing and talking
Ability to operate machinery including a golf cart
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Parking industry experience is preferred but not required
