Investigate facilities and grounds maintenance and management incidents
Analyze documents and on-site conditions to determine the facts and issues at hand
Write clear, scientifically sound reports
Provide expert testimony
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
P.E. license
10+ years of experience as a commercial, institutional, and/or residential Facilities Manager
Hands-on experience assessing, running, and troubleshooting building systems
In-depth knowledge of facilities and grounds safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills
Willingness to travel about 20% on average
Valid driver's license and the ability to drive
Preferred
Experience managing a winter maintenance crew
Prior forensic experience
