Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar (preference for Pennsylvania)

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing corporate attorney, whether at a law firm or in-house

Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and managing simultaneous projects with an eye for detail and quality

High proficiency in balancing legal and business risk, delivering clear, concise advice

Ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly, exercising sophisticated business judgment and legal insight

Preferred

Prior experience with insurance regulatory issues, privacy laws, financial services counseling, and complex contract drafting is an advantage, though not required
