Responsibilities

Build upon brand guidelines to design and produce consistent brand-aligned materials across all touchpoints
Collaborate with global design team to deliver high-quality materials in a timely manner
Bring fresh and creative ideas to communicate content effectively
Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
Be a brand ambassador and provide governance as needed
Support the execution of firmwide marketing touchpoints that support business priorities as well as client acquisition/retention strategies
Develop day-to-day creative solutions across all mediums: Marketing collateral; Digital assets; Environmental design; Presentations; Invitations; Ads; etc
Be an active member of a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and a results-driven mindset
Manage time efficiently and communicate effectively
Proactively provide quality assurance across every project

Required

A design degree with 10+ years of professional experience within a corporate environment
Financial industry work experience
Expertise in creating concepts, designs, and specifications for platforms including print, web, email, social, and environments
Working and collaborating with executives and presenting design ideas effectively
Deep knowledge of current design trends and best practices with a focus on usability and the customer
Excellent time management skills with a strong and professional work ethic
Detail oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently
Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.)
Proficient in Figma
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to proofread and review work for accuracy and consistency
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization
Experience with cross-functional teams and working within complex, global organizations
Intellectually curious and willing to learn about businesses across a variety of industries
Agile and adaptable to changing business environments and evolving market dynamics
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
