Responsibilities

As Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will take incoming calls from our customers and make outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes

Preparing account changes

Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues

Identifying and acting upon potential new sales opportunities

Assisting with customer retention

Working with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Negotiating customer prices, service plan payments and billing issues consistent with specified company guidelines
