Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps

Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements

Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods of time

Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner

Maintain order accuracy through proper documentation and organization

Pack numerous different orders efficiently and accurately off of a conveyor belt, ensuring products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner

Lift 50lbs repeatedly. Able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat repetitively for long periods of time

Utilizing NetSuite and ShipHawk software to manage production records, entering completion data, building work orders and updating inventory

Follow Lean manufacturing principles to help reduce waste and improve efficiency in packing and overall processes

Communicating effectively with team members and working to ensure a smooth flow of operations

Comfortable working in a high-speed, fast-paced environment with frequent task changes

Read and understand work orders
