Akkodis is seeking an IT Program Manager for a contract position with a client in the Oil & Gas industry. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating lifecycle phases for project implementation and support of large or multiple small projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate lifecycle phases for project implementation and support

Oversee development of recommendations for systems/process design solutions and process improvements

Facilitate meetings, track actions, and manage risks and issues

Support financial planning and tracking, as well as resource planning and tracking

Ensure successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with business objectives

Required

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related field

7+ years of experience including several years in IT Program Manager role

Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and IT infrastructure

Industry: Oil & Gas experience required

Proven experience leading high-visibility digital transformation programs

Ability to manage complex IT programs and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred

Certifications: PMP or CSM preferred
