Responsibilities

Own and manage a set of named mid-market accounts, driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Build and develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and opportunity management
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, solution positioning, demos, proposals, and closing
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to advance deals
Conduct sales engagements via phone, email, video conferencing, and web-based presentations
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM documentation
Build trusted, long-term customer relationships to drive retention and continued account growth

Required

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of successful sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to quickly learn and effectively sell complex technical and cybersecurity solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across multiple channels
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, commission-driven sales environment
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and articulate value-based solutions
A driven, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization
