Responsibilities
Establishing and upholding marketing insights best practices across Marketing Insights (ie. scoping, methodology, analytics, risk mitigation, reporting, influencing)
Designing programming that helps researchers respond to evolving business needs (eg AI, ***verse)
Driving performance expectation clarity and promoting proactive career planning
Building cross team familiarity and cultivating a culture of collaboration, learning, and inclusivity
Qualification
Required
Has deep experience designing and managing primary research (qual and quant)
Is able to navigate complex ecosystems; navigating ambiguity, moving initiatives forward, finding resources, raising concerns early, bringing stakeholders along, and resolving issues that prevent progress
Has experience designing and managing programs - particularly programming designed to drive alignment and/or build skills (such as trainings, offsites, learning programs). This does not have to be in a formal capacity (side projects fine)

With marketing insights specifically
With marketing functions
With teaching/coaching/development In tech (Ie knows our space / industry issues) and Doing research in house (vs agency)
