Sell and manage small to mid-size group room blocks, including small corporate programs with guestrooms
Handle assigned group and catering inquiries, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, and contract execution
Sell and manage mid-week catering events without guestrooms and social events not related to weddings
Conduct site inspections and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process
Accurately document all sales activities, client details, and booking information in Delphi and CVENT
Utilize Social Tables, Cendyn, and Microsoft Office tools to support event planning and internal coordination
Collaborate with Director of Sales, Revenue Management, Event Services, Culinary, and Operations to ensure alignment on event details and guest expectations
Participate in weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and internal coordination meetings
Provide on-site support for events, site tours, and client meetings as required
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment
Prior experience in hotel sales, convention services, catering and events, or hospitality sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional communication skills and a guest-focused approach
Preferred
Experience with Delphi and CVENT is strongly preferred; willingness to learn and achieve proficiency required
Working knowledge of Social Tables and Cendyn preferred
