Qualification

Required

Bachelor & Relevant major
Proven experience on site MEP construction activities
Strong communication skills of trade coordination, construction sequencing and onsite coordination
Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA/EHS regulations
Excellent communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or BIM tools
Strong problem-solving skills on site

Preferred

Prior experience in the semiconductor or construction industries
Basic understanding of water treatment (UPW, WWT) systems
