Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for senior sales management, highlighting revenue growth, top spenders, and top opportunities
Execute reporting from various platform query tools, combining them into a singular data set and performing basic formatting changes so that the data set can be compatible with the larger analytics platform
Assist with internal performance tracking and preparing necessary ad hoc reports
Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to conduct in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for yield improvement
Qualification
Required
Excel expertise a must (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Demonstrates clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting both technical verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user
Attention to detail and the ability to work with deadlines are a must
Preferred
Knowledge of VBA, macros, and/or SQL is a bonus
Familiarity with data visualization solutions such as Looker, Tableau, etc
