Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 8+ engineers in managing system and server operations

Oversee ticketing workflows and ensure timely resolution of issues

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD)

Administer and troubleshoot Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms

Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for system security and scalability

Qualification

Required

Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory

Experience with virtualization technologies
