Responsibilities
Monitor shelf space, restocking level and competitor activities, ensuring compliance with planograms and promotional standards
Develop and execute brand strategies that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty in target markets
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to ensure products meet market needs, consumer trends, and brand standards
Work with Market Research teams to gather and analyze consumer insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the product and brand management process
Partner with our Marketing Agency of Record to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including packaging, advertising, digital, and in-store activation
Drive cross-functional alignment across regional and global teams to ensure successful product launches in key markets
Monitor category and competitor trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth within the food sector
Manage product performance metrics, including sales, market share, and profitability, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Develop pricing strategies in line with brand positioning and market dynamics
Lead the product development lifecycle, taking ownership from concept ideation through to product launch and post-launch analysis
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of experience in Sales Merchandise & Marketing
Strong leadership, coordination, and planning skills
Experience managing budgets, teams, and field operations
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Merchandise & Marketing or related field
