Responsibilities
Lead the daily operational and administrative tasks for several justice education programs
Provide support for Institute initiatives and events
Guide justice education program administration
Coordinate immersive learning
Manage and develop community/site host partnerships
Support co-curricular programs
Assist in the development and growth of programs as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 3 to 4 years experience
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and to prioritize activities in response to changing circumstances and on-going deadlines
Preferred
Strong project management skills, including work with travel arrangements (including international)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Google Suite
Working knowledge of Notre Dame systems (e.g., Banner, Concur, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently on multiple projects
An understanding and appreciation of the mission of the Institute and the University
An understanding of higher education and interest in supporting students is strongly preferred
A commitment to innovate by proactively identifying improvements in procedures or workflows to increase efficiency or reduce risks
A curiosity and creativity to suggest innovative solutions for managing challenges or streamlining processes
An openness to try and to learn from new approaches
