Part Time e-Commerce /Customer Service Assosiate

Pathway Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time eCommerce & Customer Service Associate to support their online sales channels and enhance customer experience. The role involves assisting customers with online order inquiries, supporting Shopify and Amazon operations, and creating digital assets for marketing purposes.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with online order questions, including order status, shipping, returns, exchanges, and product information
Provide basic customer support for Shopify and Amazon orders in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and respond to customer messages, reviews, and feedback
Assist with order management, refunds, exchanges, and issue resolution
Support Amazon Seller Central operations, including case management and listing updates
Create and update digital assets for the website, email marketing, social media, Meta ads, and online marketplaces
Assist with product images, banners, promotional graphics, and marketing materials
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
Support creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and assist with basic image edits and design updates
Assist with updates to Shopify and Amazon platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, banners, and content changes
Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines
Support landing page updates and seasonal or promotional campaigns
Collaborate with the Marketing team and external digital marketing agency

Required

1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, customer service, graphic design, or a related role
Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate level)
Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic communication style
Basic understanding of eCommerce best practices and online merchandising
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD
