IT Architect - Hybrid
cyberThink Inc is seeking an IT Architect to provide technical leadership and guidance across software development, systems design, and project planning. This role involves supervising team assignments, coordinating integrated systems integrity, and ensuring alignment between users, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities
Supervise and guide team assignments, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
Plan and schedule resources, manage status reporting, and maintain project documentation
Analyze and develop work plans for team assignments and implement solutions to technical challenges
Coordinate integrated systems integrity and act as liaison between users and third-party vendors
Provide systems and installation support, including user training
Develop and control project schedules and assign responsibilities as needed
Participate in all aspects of software development, systems design, and project management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited institution
Minimum 10 years of experience in system analysis, design, development, and relationship management
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies across multiple platforms
Proficiency in various programming languages for informed architectural decision-making
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of database design and data modeling
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of security principles for designing secure applications
Expertise in architectural styles (microservices, monolithic, client-server) and design patterns
Experience with test automation tools to ensure quality
