Responsibilities
Identify and recruit Mortgage Loan Officers using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, events, and referrals
Maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and referral partners to keep a steady flow of qualified prospects
Conduct initial phone screens and in-office interviews
Present top candidates to leadership
Assist with discussions around compensation, expectations, and offer terms
Help new hires transition smoothly into our systems and culture
Support the setup of local speaking engagements, recruiting presentations, and community events
Assisting with social media content ideas, collecting testimonials, and helping maintain a consistent online presence
Work alongside leadership and recruiting team members to hit hiring goals and support company growth
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and people skills
A self-starter who enjoys a results-driven environment
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
Comfortable coordinating events and assisting with social media
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced office
Availability to work full-time, on-site in Corona, CA
Preferred
Experience in sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Mortgage industry familiarity is a plus, but not required
