Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update software packages for deployment using SCCM
Package and prepare new applications for deployment based on user requests (e.g., Microsoft Word updates)
Collaborate with engineering teams to automate packaging and deployment processes
Test software packages in pre-production environments to ensure stability and compatibility
Manage and respond to tickets related to software requests, verifying application requirements and deployment readiness
Support Windows 11 migrations and ongoing management of Windows 11 devices
Participate in continuous improvement efforts for software packaging and deployment standards while creating, updating, and maintaining current documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience using SCCM to create software application packages while deploying to an enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, including experience with Windows 11 migrations
Automation scripting experience with PowerShell
Professional experience testing SCCM application packages for deployment
Professional experience patching with Intune. (Bonus if they have deployed this tool for patching)
Prior experience handling 10-20 tickets per week
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience using ServiceNow
