Financial Service Representative (FSR)- Contact Center

The Financial Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for building and maintaining member relationships, assisting with account management, and achieving sales goals through proactive outreach and support.

Responsibilities

Builds relationships by identifying member needs and cross-sell opportunities, and following up on all opportunities. Maintains existing relationships by scheduling time, and following through, to reach out to members in the weeks and months after loan closing
Opens and closes deposit and loan accounts, answers questions about products and services, resolves all issues with respect to accounts, products and services, escalates or transfers resolution of issues to supervisor or appropriate department when necessary
Prepares and reviews deposit and loan documents for completeness and accuracy
Places outbound sales calls and pursues success by seeking out training/coaching
Acts as liaison between members and various departments. E 5% Maintains member account information in all systems
Performs other job related duties as assigned

Required

One year to three years of similar or related experience
A high school education or GED
Ability to build relationships via phone and internet
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job
Able to operate a 10 key calculator
Excellent PC skills
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office programs
Must be bondable
Applicable licenses required to sell Loan Payment Protection products
Sales Experience and/or demonstrated sales ability
High level multitasking
Clear, concise communication skills
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English clearly
Normally expected to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., but may be required to work nights and/or weekends
Must adhere to safety rules and regulations
This position involves sitting for extended periods of time with a headset on, while monitoring information on two computer screens
