Identify and develop global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and supply chain resilience
Identify, evaluate, and onboard, international suppliers while ensuring quality, compliance, and performance standards
Negotiate global agreements and contracts to optimize cost, service levels, and long-term supplier sustainability
Proactively assess and mitigate geopolitical, economic, and supply chain risks across global markets
Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as the primary liaison between Romac and global suppliers, including international travel as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contracting, with significant global sourcing responsibility
Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, cost reduction, risk management, and project management
Proven negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across cultures and time zones
Preferred
experience in manufacturing or distribution
ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
professional certifications (APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
