They are seeking a People Experience Specialist to join their HR Operations team, responsible for executing employee lifecycle transactions and maintaining data integrity in HR records while providing excellent service to employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

Process job and reporting structure changes, hires, and terminations in UKG

Maintain 100% data integrity across HR records

Respond to employee/manager inquiries while meeting SLA expectations

Improve operational workflows and documentation

Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HRBPs, and IT

Qualification

2+ years working in UKG Pro or similar HRIS

Proven ability to manage SLAs and priorities
