Senior Sales Director

Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth: Expand revenue across all product lines and develop new business opportunities through strategic initiatives
Lead New Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers through networking, industry connections and proactive outreach
Deepen Customer Relationships: Work closely with clients at all levels (including purchasing, packaging, operations, marketing, design and supply chain) to deliver tailored solutions
Own Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize long-term growth and client retention
Optimize Sales Performance: Utilize SAP to manage customer accounts, track sales opportunities and report key metrics
Collaborate Across Teams – Work with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet customer needs
Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Partner with product development teams to bring fresh, unique offerings to the market
Qualification
Required
A self-starter with a passion for driving revenue and building relationships
Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively
Proven ability to develop new business and navigate complex sales cycles
Experience in beauty packaging/manufacturing
Technical aptitude to understand product solutions and communicate value to customers
High-level organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
