Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of the project to ensure safety, quality and daily progress
Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure profitability
Partner closely with the Superintendent to coordinate self-performed concrete crews
Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience managing concrete or heavy civil projects
Proven success managing self-performed concrete structures, piers, footings, foundations, slabs, walls, etc
Strong scheduling and cost management skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, HCSS, and Vista a plus
