Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes, inspection plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor and analyze product quality metrics across production stages
Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP)
Manage audits (internal, supplier, and third-party) and document findings
Train production and QA/QC staff on quality standards and best practices
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues quickly and efficiently
Continuously improve quality systems and recommend process enhancements
Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
Evaluate and approve incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards
Proficiency in quality software tools and ERP systems is a plus
Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred
Certifications preferred: ISO 9001 Auditor, CQE
Bilingual in Korean preferred
