Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and develop your own team

Handle annual performance reviews and frequent individual associate check-ins

Ensure your team follows all emergency procedures, local, state, and federal regulations

Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly

Manage the budget preparation and financial reporting

Ensure community is in excellent condition through regular inspections and upkeep

Attract new residents through outreach marketing and resident events

Keep Regional leaders and senior management informed of community happenings

Required

A person with a positive attitude, willingness to serve, a history of excellent customer service experience, and a desire to lead a team with integrity will thrive in our organization

Someone that is proven to mentor, develop, and promote their associates will help our associates feel empowered and valued

A minimum of 5 years in the multifamily industry is important

You must prove at least 2 years of experience managing and leading a team of multi-family professionals

We value education! Therefore, an associate's degree, bachelor's degree, two- three years of related training, or a combination of education and experience is required

Employment with Kairoi is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Possession of a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
