They are seeking a performance-driven RF Engineer to deliver Mobility solutions, participate in technical direction, and support the RF Engineering team with design, testing, and ongoing maintenance of systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with design in building-cellular and Public safety systems utilizing predictive design tools such iBwave, PCTel, Wind Catcher and other benchmarking tools based on customer and wireless service provider requirements

Evaluate RF audit data to determine design and macro network impact

Provide engineered solutions, pricing and proposal support to account teams and project managers by translating designs into bills of materials, labor estimates, and scopes of work

Assist field engineers with optimization recommendations, troubleshooting and engineering support

Perform ongoing system testing, test analysis, troubleshooting, test reports and recommendation for changes and upgrades

Provide Post implementation DAS maintenance and support

Assist Engineering team with OEM and Wireless Service Provider innovation and solution trends
