Responsibilities

Demonstrates strong commitment to operational excellence

Possesses technical proficiency in the deployment of Identity and Access Management solutions such as Cyberark

Well organized, detail-oriented, flexible to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Exercises good judgment and renders sound business decisions

Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to produce design and procedural documentation

Ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed

Provides off-hour, on-call support as needed to support systems

Willing and able to work overtime and be flexible with work hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled work that must be done either prior to or after normal business hours

Has the means and able to travel to various Company locations

Must have a valid driver's license

Requires passing of NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check
