Responsibilities

Develop and manage a defined sales territory, building strong relationships with local businesses and community partners
Acquire new business customers by selling commercial internet, video, voice, and data solutions
Promote advanced communications offerings, including hosted voice platforms, multi-site connectivity, and enterprise-grade communication services
Identify prospective customers through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and direct engagement activities
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations that demonstrate solution value and technical understanding
Use a consultative approach to uncover customer challenges and recommend effective communication solutions
Maintain accurate sales documentation, forecasts, and activity reports
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Partner with technical, service, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from sale through implementation
Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
Uphold company standards for professionalism, ethics, and customer satisfaction
