Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical and Strategic Planning skills to evaluate candidate needs and assess franchise opportunities
Experience in Consulting and Project Management to assist clients in navigating the franchise selection and onboarding process
Familiarity with Executive Management practices to provide professional guidance and maintain a high standard of service
Proven ability to develop and execute effective plans with attention to detail and results
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain solid relationships with candidates and franchisors
Commitment to AFPA's mission of raising the standard of franchise advising, with an open-minded and collaborative approach
Preferred
Previous experience in franchise advising or a related field is a strong plus
