Responsibilities

Lead and Manage the team of Quotation Specialists

Analyze quotation performance, making sure that the team will hit deadlines and the RFQs match customer requirements

Establish and maintain processes for timely completion of RFQs, ensuring data accuracy and utilization of tools to reduce turnaround time and team workload

Analyze historical quotation data to provide feedback to Supply Chain and Sales team

Support internal teams with training, documentation, and best practices related to quoting procedures

Participate as needed in RFQs, generating requests to vendors and inputting responses
