Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in both English and Spanish
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy
Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations
Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency
Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service
Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualification
Required
Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines License Required
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry
Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
