Sales Manager
Sure-Dry, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role involves coaching, accountability, and driving revenue growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Representatives through training, feedback, and performance management
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and 1:1 performance check-ins
Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
Partner with HR on performance reviews and development plans
Creates/provides opportunities for employees’ growth and development
Meets and exceeds sales goals and other key performance indicators for the company and individual sales representatives
Targets performance management and training to achieve sales goals and other key performance indicators
When customer issues are escalated to their level, works to resolve all issues with customers
Ensures customers have a remarkable experience
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles; construction industry experience preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong organizational, leadership, and computer skills, including use of standard business software
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to drive for company business
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record
