Responsibilities
Assist in planning and leading recreational activities and programs
Encourage resident participation in group and individual activities
Help set up and clean up activity areas
Document resident involvement and feedback
Support the Activity Director with weekend events and special programs
Qualification
Required
Creative, outgoing, and compassionate personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must enjoy working with the elderly population
Weekend availability required
Preferred
Previous experience in activities or recreation in a healthcare setting preferred
