Vernier Science Education is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (Salesforce MCAE) to support effective marketing campaigns that deliver sales and high-quality leads to our sales team. This role will manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, support campaign execution, and maintain marketing data integrity.

Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot)

Supporting campaign execution

Maintaining marketing data integrity

Enabling our teams with accurate, actionable insights

Working closely with Marketing’s Demand Generation and Design teams

Building, maintaining, and optimizing campaigns, email programs, nurture journeys, and lifecycle processes

Required

Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (previously Pardot) administration

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, scoring, and automation workflows

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing-to-sales alignment processes

Experience building and deploying emails, automations, and forms

Understand setup for landing pages and how completion actions influence lead scoring

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements

Experience managing confidential and complex data sets in a marketing environment; strong grasp of data security

Commitment to equity, inclusion, and science education

Preferred

Experience in EdTech or similar industry is a plus, but not required
