Provide and sell vehicle parts and accessories to customers over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone, delivering exceptional customer service

Manage wholesale accounts by taking orders, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for dealerships and repair shops

Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting parts and services to support their business needs

Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items

Pull and fill orders from stock, verifying accuracy and inventory levels

Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience
