The role involves outdoor work, attention to detail, and responsibilities such as maintaining flower beds, picking up trash, and assisting the maintenance team with various tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain the flower beds, plants and grass

Pick up trash

Clean pools (if there is one on site)

Remove snow (as applicable)

Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness

Assist maintenance team with make-ready's and work orders

Occasional assistance may be needed at sister properties

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be detail oriented

Must have good organizational skills

Must be eager to learn new things

At least one year of previous experience in a similar position

Must be a hard worker

Attention to detail, takes pride in one's work

Available for weekends if needed
