Sales Support Specialist – LATAM (Part-Time)
RealNetworks is a company specializing in facial recognition and computer vision solutions. They are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to assist with quoting, deal coordination, order tracking, and customer communication to enable sales growth and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Keep CRM records up to date with strong data integrity
Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, availability, orders, and invoice follow-ups
Prepare quotes, help to manage orders, and assist with contract creation and management
Coordinate calls, demos, follow-ups, and handoffs with Sales
Maintain accurate customer and deal information in HubSpot
Support lead nurturing, customer satisfaction, and re-engagement activities
Assist with general sales admin tasks (files, reporting, communications, meeting attendance)
Help identify process improvements to streamline sales workflows
Qualification
Required
Fluent Spanish & English (Portuguese a strong plus) written and verbal
Customer service mindset with clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Preferred
Portuguese
HubSpot experience
Working with software or technology solutions, namely facial recognition or access control
Familiarity with the LATAM market
