Finance & Operations Manager

Prepare and analyze financial reports across multiple programs and cost centers
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts, including social enterprises like Highland Chocolates
Monitor financial performance and communicate insights to leadership
Assist with audits, compliance, contracts, and operational processes
Serve as a collaborative financial resource for departments across the organization
