Industrial Controls Wiring Technician
Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Controls Wiring Technician to play a hands-on role in assembling and wiring industrial control panels. The technician will work closely with a lead panel builder to ensure accurate builds that meet project timelines, while maintaining a safety-first mindset and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities
Start with a safety-first mindset before every task
Review electrical schematics and component documentation with the lead panel builder to plan the day’s build
Wire control panels precisely to drawings, checking labels, routing, and terminations for accuracy
Collaborate continuously with the Electrical Lead to keep work on schedule and resolve questions quickly
Verify each panel against schematics to ensure correctness and quality
Maintain, clean, and organize hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and your work area
Head to customer facilities when needed to assist with equipment installation and wiring; expect environments that can be hot, cold, or dirty
Complete assigned tasks accurately within the allotted timeline; take on other duties as needed

Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents
Skilled with common panel-building tools: hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Basic computer proficiency
Knowledge of electrical wiring, panel building, and troubleshooting is a plus
Valid driver's license
Electrical troubleshooting skills
Electrical repair capability
Field service readiness
High school diploma or GED
Shop math skills
