Idera, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Product Management leader to own product management and strategy. The role involves leading a team of product managers to understand customer needs and build software tools for developers and application security teams.

Responsibilities

Own the company’s product roadmaps, creating a winning vision for your portfolio as well as a can't-miss strategy to achieve that vision
Inspire product managers to create roadmaps and prioritize product investments by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment
Manage and coach a team of product managers daily, helping to grow their skills and maximize their impact
Deeply understand and evangelize the needs and demands of the application security market and create the product strategy to win in these segments
Collaborate with R&D leadership to build game-changing products for our customers
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support to successfully deliver these products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience
Be a thought leader within and beyond company products, experiences, and technologies

Required

Extensive software product management experience, preferably in creating products for developer and/or application security teams
Experience leading remote teams leveraging great organizational skills and a history of process innovation
Thorough understanding of product management skills, agile/scrum best practices, and an ability to teach to others
Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver unparalleled solutions
A track record for building products on time and within budget
Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade-off decisions
Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
You are a pragmatic visionary that enjoys interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction
You are a proven problem solver, able to think creatively in order to remove obstacles
